The more I grow as a person, artist, and photographer; I am finding my passion for creating images in a much more personal way. I find that there is so much more beauty to be captured inside my clients homes, where 90% of their memories are made.  They are able to relax and connect with each other in front of my lens much easier in the environment where they feel most comfortable. Especially when there is a newborn, everything they could possibly need is right there.

During a lifestyle session, I like to be super relaxed and let the kids be themselves. After all we are not just creating images; we are creating memories in a very authentic way.

I often think about 20 years from now and how memories will be preserved. Sure it’s awesome to have that family session at the pretty park but how awesome would it be to have an album to open up and relive a day in your life when your children were still babies, or when you were newlyweds and just settling into your first home?

Lifestyle sessions aren’t just for families, they are for anyone that wants to hold onto the memory of now!

I’ve have known Melissa & Eric for about 5 years now and I have had great pleasure of watching them both grow from early on in their relationship, to buying their first home together, to getting engaged and adding Rylie to their sweet family.  

They are both strong and work hard to provide and make the best possible life for their children. Eric & Melissa have watched me grow as a person and photographer as well. I couldn’t be more grateful to be their friend and photographer.  <3
